Description

Per clear consensus on excluding the autopatrolled permission from the inactivity policy, please add autopatrol to the autoconfirmed and confirmed user groups. In addition, there were no objections (by way of replies) to merge the autoreview user group intoto autopatrol, and reviewer into patroller, respectively.

Possibly, but I want others to think of a decision of what to do before a little bit of a clean up happens.

Just noting that autoreview and reviewer are automatically added as part of the FlaggedRevs extension.
