Configuration request: Can we please enable $wgVisualEditorEnableWikitext for all users, by default, and as a beta feature for those using that, for for any users the VisualEditor extension? With it set to false, anyone using VisualEditor cannot switch between visual and source editing modes. Since we enable VisualEditor by default, this is a must, essentially. Thanks.
