Description

It allows for channel logging and other messages, as listed on https://meta.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wm-bot . I cannot add it as a Wikimedia based cloak is required to add it. As far as I know @Void is the only one with a Wikimedia cloak. (Wikipedia)
