The pages Module:Yesno and Template:On hold are protected with the right template-editor (see here), which formerly existed on TestWiki (created via request in T34), but has now been fully removed. This makes it impossible for anyone (including stewards/sysadmins) to edit (or even delete) those pages using the wiki interface, as no one is granted that right. This protection thus needs to be removed by a system administrator.
