I think here, we should try to set template editor security level with template editor right, they will allow only template editor user to edit templates protected at this level ''Allow only template editor'' and this security level will be added to admin, crate and steward right so that they can protect important templates and modules and will allow template editor to edit template as (templateditor) security level. I hope this extension will be useful for TestWiki for testing purpose.
