This seems like a terrible idea: The suppressors have access to personally identifying information. No person who merely requested a right (without being appointed by the community or Stewards) should have access to such information.

I believe what Username is referring to is Phabricator accounts, which is also not possible since they have contributions.

Previously added in T34. It was removed upon me making a PR on GitHub to remove it for being useless. I am unsure of the practical use of any such protection level, beyond infrequent testing.
