Description

When I visited to https://testwiki.wiki/wiki/Newsletter:Administrators%27_newsletter , an error was shown as:

This again looks like an error developed while User:0hD33r! was renamed - I suggest that a sys admin recreate that account - maybe that will fix it?

actually seems to be related to the rename of User:Kiteretsu

always remove as a publisher/subscriber before renaming.
