OpenVZ doesn’t support newer software due to outdated kernal version - move to kvm or similar

I submitted an application to FossHost and got no response.

Fosshost approved and gave us a VM, the wiki now resolves from the new vm. All data was moved over. Other services will be moved throughout the next week.
