Description

CodexModule: Prevent CSSJanus from flipping styles

CodexModule always returns different style files for LTR vs RTL (e.g.
CdxButton.css vs CdxButton-rtl.css), so we don't want CSSJanus to flip
them. That results in double-flipping, breaking RTL support.
