Fixed, was a configuration error.

There is a non-tedious work around of setting an expiry for 1 second.

I've tried to solve this myself, to no effect.

Reopen with community consensus for this change.

@Justarandomamerican Since this task will create a new protection level, some users might feel this is unnecessary, including me, so it would be good if community consensus is needed

These appear to be pages that were created prior to TW being added as an alias for the Test Wiki namespace

Both disabled. Deletion could cause DB issues.

This seems like a terrible idea: The suppressors have access to personally identifying information. No person who merely requested a right (without being appointed by the community or Stewards) should have access to such information.
