This seems helpful if someone wants an account combined, but for now, it's not necessarily required.

Since we are a singe wiki and don’t use CentralAuth, I don’t think this is technically feasible.

We don’t have an IRC feed and I see no need for a discord feed.

Declined due to possible privacy issues + very minimally maintained for 6 years

Granted to logged in users by default.

Yes we don't have transwiki importing configured, but you can still get an xml file through Special:Export on wikipedia, and then import it on testwiki through Special:Import/
