Similar error occured while I was creating User:TheAstorPastor/VisualEditorEverywhere.js

This again looks like an error developed while User:0hD33r! was renamed - I suggest that a sys admin recreate that account - maybe that will fix it?

Much needed! Since it is heavily restricted on Wikimedia, I think it would be great for testing or even using it in community discussions

@Justarandomamerican I believe you should update the database, as it is possible that some references to the old user were not updated properly in the database
